    Could not agree more – here in the UK many companies don't have the corporate governance piece in place which should be the first step. By going 'slowly, slowly catchy monkey' as you advocate a team can find their feet and train their ears: listening to a community to see what they can do better to improve the dialogue, whether that is the way they are chatting or using another channel.
